"Air conditioner went out overnight during a humid hot summer. Called multiple places but Elite was the only one that called back. Kelly was quick to be onsite, honest, and fixed our issue. When we were concerned with the cost he offered to have us get another quote before he repaired it to compare pricing. NO ONE does that! Repair was very fast. He spent time giving us tips on how to be more efficient with our system. Great service - highly recommend!!"

"Its memorial day weekend, Saturday night 10 pm I just got home from work, its 90 degrees in my house! I called about 10 places that claim to be 24 hours, he was the only person who answered the phone. My air was fixed by 9 am. Im so thankful for his prompt, courteous service."

"When we were in need of a natural gas line for our water heater on a Saturday he dropped what he was doing and met us at his shop. He cut us a piece of line and gave us sound advice on next steps. He was very kind, honest, and helpful. We would highly recommend him to anyone!"
