"I called Kelly at Elite Heating and Cooling after recommendations from one of my trusted neighbors and from a friend in the commercial heating an cooling business.
My heat went out on one of the coldest nights of the year, Kelly came out as soon as I was able and resolved the issue. He clearly knows his stuff and did a great job resolving the issue and did so at a very good price. A short time later I had a secondary, less serious issue (not caused by his work) and I called him he was even able to quickly diagnose the issue over the phone and advise me (effectively) on how to quickly and easily resolve the issue myself. He provides great, honest, service and I would highly recommend Elite to anyone."

"Kelly was very professional and walked me through a couple ideas when our furnace quit overnight. Even though he was already booked up for the day, he offered a reference who was also exceptional and timely who got us up and running. Kelly even Called that evening to make sure we were taken care.
